Retreats

I keep a lot of lists. One of them is of the things I shouldn't do if I want to maintain my Bruce Lee.

I am doing about three of those things right now, plus watching For the Love of Ray J while I neglect the project schedule I should be adjusting tonight. I'm not too concerned. I can do it in the morning. But still.



I would much rather be unexpected, and doing things that are Above and Beyond. I'd much rather be building something. Adhering to top notch standards. No half stepping.

But at times like this when I'm doubled over I sometimes just decide to stare at my shoes until the rest of the world seems a little more appealing. I have very nice shoes.

The rest of the world is on its way. I swear.
