Have I mentioned this to you? How much I love libraries? Well I do. And today I went to the Oakland Public Library and looked at some books on vintage advertising. And manners. I found these great old dusty things. It was pretty awesome.
On my way to my friend's sneaker store I saw this car. It made me happy.
Earlier this week I found my favorite store on all of Haight street. It's filled with the strangest shit, and the guy that owns it/works there seems to give a fuck if he ever sells a single thing. I had to pry him away from his VHS of Heavy Metal to ask him if it was okay to take these pictures. I saw some lunch pails that were pretty cool too, but it seemed like a bad time to bother him.
So yeah, some other time.
On my way out I saw Zambini. He wanted to tell my fortune. I obliged. He was creepy.
But all in all, things are looking up.
My luck and creativity are through the roof, apparently. I'll keep you posted on how all of that pans out.
