I slip my little black camera in my back pocket and take it just about wherever I go. That button is about 40 years old.




I've been switching it up. I have to get serious about stuff I never really paid attention to. I can't afford to get bored every time someone wants to school me about money. Not if I want all of the freedom I'm constantly talking about.




Options. I want Options.





Today I had adventures. A blow by blow would do us all a disservice. Here are highlights.





For the BBQ. So pretty, right?

For the bunny. Currently chilling in the fridge. Sofia Coppola has an eye for presentation. So savvy, I want stacks of this box.





Yeah. Totally.

I need a double of myself. She will go to work and manage projects flawlessly while the real me sunbathes on the roof and makes bikinis. With matching hooded jackets.

I have to get into the habit of picturing exactly what I want. All of the time.





ONE
Pandapple Stationary - 16 sheets, 8 envelopes. Pandapple doesn't have any catchphrases but he pretty much exclusively hangs around with mushrooms so we know what's up with that.


TWO
Pocket mirror that looks like a chocolate bar - stamped on each square? LOVELY CHOCOLATE. Has a built in stand so you can set it up on a table, and underneath where the instructions for that are it says

Please always know that I love you more than anything else in the world.

That's it. No context. Awesomeness.


THREE
Amecha rhythm - two little kids dressed up in butterfly costumes. Most noteworthy thing about them is their catchphrase:

I'M SURE THAT SOMEONE IS TALKING ABOUT ME, BECAUSE I CAN'T STOP SNEEZING "AHCHOO!"

The boy is awefully winky, the girl is a little more butch.


FOUR
LILI & LALA pencil box! - pretty much obvs why this rules, in spite of the fact that it's kinda rickety and made out of scratched up plastic:

LILI & LALA are two little kids who are IN MOOD FOR LOVE!

LILI I think is the boy and he's only got a head. LALA is hanging out holding a rose and could use a conditioning treatment.

FIVE
Unforgetable Moment pencil box - covered in frowning creatures telling me how great friends we are. A little weird. Also, this quote next to a bunch of cookies with faces kinda segregated from Angry Jones over there on the right:

Always remember our friendship. Never forget all the good times we shared.

My fave part is the inside tray which features homeboy mean mugging me next to the words "Best Wishes".





When not cataloging tchotchkes and taking photographs, I am embracing my animal nature.

This does and does not involve wearing leopard print leggings.
